About Us
The service that Realty Investment Reports provides was inspired by a licensed real estate broker on our staff, who has been a successful real estate investor in residential and income properties since 1986. Our staff member also manages his own properties, which includes tenant screening, renting the units, collecting the rents, and engaging in collection activities and evictions when necessary. Prior to becoming a real estate investor, he earned an MBA degree from a top-10 ranked business school, was a Vice President and lending officer in the commercial real estate department with a large money center bank in New York, and spent nearly 10 years in that position making new loans, as well as doing workouts of problem loans throughout the United States. He left banking in 1983 and ran the commercial loan department for a large mortgage company for the next 5 years. Our expertise also includes finance, real estate law, and computer and internet operations.
Clearly, a considerable amount of relevant experience and expertise has been amassed by our staff, and it has contributed to the development of this service. We are very pleased to apply our accumulated knowledge and expertise to assist clients, and our goal is to provide the critical analytical information that time has proven necessary to be a successful real estate investor.
