Realty
Investment Reports was created to serve those involved with the
acquisition, management, and sale of income property, as well as those who advise
them.
Using our own
proprietary program, we prepare the reports and e-mail them to
subscribers. It is not necessary to purchase computer
software, remain proficient using it, or incur the added expense
of purchasing updates when the rules change. We also free
subscribers from their desktop computers. Any mobile
device such as a laptop, iPhone, BlackBerry, cell phone, etc.,
that can access e-mail (as well as desktop computers), will
provide instant access to our reports. We make obtaining
crucial real estate investment analysis data easy and convenient
for our subscribers.

Real Estate Income Property Investors:
Our reports
have been used for years by successful income property investors to evaluate the merits of purchasing
income properties.
Subscription Option
1 will allow up to three (3) different sets of assumptions
of future property performance, and their projected

evaluate the performance of properties owned and those that

prospective buyers. The information provided in our
reports can also be used to help determine if reserves should be
taken against an asset. Our reports include annual calculations of GRMs, Cap Rates, DCRs,
and Operating Expense Ratios over a 10-year period, as well as
periodic IRR calculations.

Referring
your clients to this service will assist them in at least two
ways. First, the 10-year analysis we provide contains
important information they need to know in order to make an informed purchase. Secondly,
the reports provide brokers and agents with a basis for
discussion with clients in making those purchase
